Affiliate Offices – We are currently seeking exclusive affiliations with sole proprietor MAI appraisal firms in order to service existing or potential clients who seek regional service on multi-property assignments of investment and non-investment grade real estate.

Affiliate Appraisers – We are currently seeking General Certified Appraisers or Senior Residential Certified Appraisers to provide “evaluations” services for lending purposes throughout New England.

Excellent opportunity to supplement your existing business and/or receive commercial appraisal training by working as an independent contractor in an exclusive local territory for this custom evaluation product.  Providing more “complete” commercial appraisal service is also a possibility.
