HISTORY In 2001, BAAR, Inc., a specialized real estate services firm, was founded by Adam J. Hardej, MAI. The goal of the firm was to provide a complete offering of real estate services to a diverse client base, both domestic and international. Currently, BAAR, Inc. is a privately owned firm which also serves as the local affiliate office of ILS Advisory Group, d/b/a ILS/BAAR Realty Advisors, Inc. SERVICES ILS/BAAR Realty Advisors specializes in providing appraisal and consulting services for partial interest valuation, tax planning, dispute settlement, condemnation, ad valorem tax and appeal, litigation and other general consulting and counseling services. They also provide traditional appraisal services for institutional use. These services are offered throughout south Florida, Connecticut and California. In addition, ILS/BAAR offers "non-traditional" valuation and due diligence oriented services, including underwriting support services, drive-by inspections/BPOs, compliance review services and general review appraisal services. These services are offered on a nationwide basis with the additional ability to perform special assignment work on Europe-based assets. EXPERIENCE ILS/BAAR Realty Advisors is experienced in providing services on all types of commercial properties including retail, office, industrial, R & D, apartment, special purpose and vacant land, specializing in golf courses, hotels and apartments. CLIENTS ILS/BAAR Realty Advisors services a wide variety of clients including lenders, attorneys, developers, corporations, government agencies and private individuals. |
