EDWARD V.  BOWLER

Education – Attended Assumption College, Worcester, MA, obtained a BA Degree in 1978.

 Has attended and/or received credit for the following courses and seminars offered by the Appraisal Institute which is the result of the merger between the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers in 1991.

 Business Experience – Presently the President/Owner of the Bowler Appraisal, d/b/a ILS/Bowler Appraisal, located in Boxboro, MA.  ILS/Bowler Appraisal handles a wide variety of appraisal and consulting assignments primary to local clients in the Metro West area.  He is also SVP and Regional Affiliate Office Manager of ILS Advisory Group, a regional provider of commercial appraisal and consulting services, of which ILS/Bowler Appraisal serves as a local affiliate office. 

Mr. Bowler also serves as an independent contractor for ILS/Tyburski Appraisal Corporation.

 Mr. Bowler has prepared appraisals on the following types of real property: office buildings, industrial buildings, research and development facilities, hotels/motels, parking garages, golf courses, churches, restaurants, medical buildings, auto dealerships, bowling alleys, truck terminals, warehouses, bank branches, shopping centers, commercial and industrial condominium units and buildings, lumber yards, service stations and industrial mill buildings.
