Education – Attended Assumption College, Worcester, MA,
obtained a BA Degree in 1978.

Experience
– Presently the President/Owner of the Bowler Appraisal, d/b/a ILS/Bowler
Appraisal, located in Boxboro, MA.
ILS/Bowler Appraisal handles a wide variety of appraisal and
consulting assignments primary to local clients in the Metro West area.
He is also SVP and Regional Affiliate Office Manager of ILS
Advisory Group, a regional provider of commercial appraisal and
consulting services, of which ILS/Bowler Appraisal serves as a local
affiliate office.
Mr.
Bowler also serves as an independent contractor for ILS/Tyburski
Appraisal Corporation.
Mr.
Bowler has prepared appraisals on the following types of real property:
office buildings, industrial buildings, research and development
facilities, hotels/motels, parking garages, golf courses, churches,
restaurants, medical buildings, auto dealerships, bowling alleys, truck
terminals, warehouses, bank branches, shopping centers, commercial and
