Mark F. Tyburski,
MAI, SRA, President/Chief Operating Officer
– Mark Tyburski has over 20 years of appraisal management
experience. He
received a BA Degree in Economics from Assumption College
in Worcester, MA in 1978.
From 1983 to 1993, he was VP/Chief Appraisal Officer
of The Boston Five Cents Savings Bank, a $3 billion dollar
financial institution.
From 1985 to 1997, he was Founder/President/Owner
of the Boston Five Appraisal Corporation, a/k/a The Appraisal
Corporation, a $3 million dollar full service appraisal
company serving New England via seven offices and 50 appraisers.
From 1997 to 2000, he was SVP and Chief Appraiser
for Integrated Loan Services, a $15 million dollar loan
service firm serving the northeast.

Adam J.
Hardej, MAI, Senior
VP-Director of Sales/Strategic Planning-Adam Hardej has over
15 years of real estate and financial services experience. He
has actively underwritten real estate collateral risk in over 35
different states, as well as risk assessment on properties in
foreign jurisdictions. He received a BA Degree in Classics
from Bowdoin College in 1983 and a MBA Degree from the
University of California at Berkely in 1991. From 1987 to
1996, he was active in the California real estate market as an
appraiser, sales agent, investment banker and developer. During
that time he was employed by Marcus & Millichap (broker),
The Property Sciences Group (Director of Sales & Marketing)
and CB Richard Ellis (Regional Manager, Central
California). From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Hardej was the
co-founder and Director of Underwriting & Acquisitions for a
wholly-owned investment subsidiary of Keybank. He directly
oversaw the acquisition and underwriting of over $500 million of
delinquent tax receivables in 20+ different states with
