HISTORY
Tyburski Appraisal Corporation, formerly the Commercial Appraisal
Division of The Appraisal Corporation, was established in 1985 as a
wholly owned subsidiary of the former Boston Five Cents Savings Bank,
growing out of its Appraisal Department. It primarily provided
traditional commercial appraisal services for institutional purposes in
Eastern Massachusetts.
In 1995, Tyburski Appraisal Corporation became privately owned when it
was purchased by its founder and President Mark F. Tyburski, MAI, SRA.
Now able to provide services to an expanded client base, its business
diversified, primarily into specialized appraisal and consulting
services.
Currently, Tyburski Appraisal Corporation is a privately owned firm which
also serves as the local affiliate office of ILS Advisory Group, d/b/a
Tyburski Appraisal Corporation.
SERVICES
Tyburski Appraisal Corporation specializes in providing appraisal and
consulting services for partial interest valuation, tax planning,
dispute settlement, condemnation, ad valorem tax and appeal, litigation
and other general consulting and counseling services. They also provide
traditional appraisal services for institutional use.

retail, office, industrial, R & D, apartment, special purpose and
vacant land, specializing in residential subdivisions, affordable
housing and the neighborhoods of Boston.
