Northeastern/Southeastern/South Central Massacusetts – Department of Revenue – 9/99 to 5/00 - This assignment involved estimating the market value of approximately 200 parcels of "State Owned" land as the basis for State reimbursement to municipalities in lieu of taxes. Over 1,000 land sales were researched. "Complete Restricted" appraisals were provided for this project.

Waltham
– Massachusetts Highway Department – 10/00 – This assignment involves estimating the "enhancement" value to the "affected" parcel as a result of the alteration of a "no access" line off Route 128/95

Brockton
– Massachusetts Highway Department/Commonwealth of Massachusetts – 11/00 – Mark Tyburski served as an expert witness in a jury trial supporting his appraisal in 1996 of a gas station/convenience store, a portion of which was taken by eminent domain. His litigation support resulted in a favorable in-trial settlement for the Commonwealth.

Milton
– Transit Realty – 7/00 – This assignment involved estimating the "at the fence" and "enhancement" value of an MBTA owned parcel to an abutting property for disposition purposes.

Natick
- MWRA – 11/99 to 2/00 – Framingham Extension Relief Sewer Line Rehabilitation Appraisal Services - Appraisal of 30 +/- temporary construction easements involving 30 assorted residential and commercial properties for acquisition purposes by eminent domain.

Massachusetts
– MWRA – 8/99 to 7/01 – Task Order Contract – Assorted appraisals of easements for acquisition or disposition purposes as needed

Methuen
- Massachusetts Highway Department - 4/99 - This assignment involved a complete fee taking of a gas station for roadway expansion.

Roslindale
– Transit Realty – 5/99 – This assignment involved two parcels of surplus land on Hyde Park Avenue owned by the MBTA which abutted an active rail line. The purpose of the assignment was to estimate the fair market value of the two parcels, as well as their "at the fence" values and "enhancement" values to an abutter. The function of the reports were for disposition purposes.

Worcester
- Massachusetts Highway Department - 2/99 - This assignment involved seven complete fee takings on Route 140 off the new Turnpike Exit for roadway expansion.

Concord
- Massachusetts Highway Department - 11/98 - This assignment involved estimating the market value of surplus land for disposition purposes to an abutter.

Carver/Plympton
- Massachusetts Highway Department - 4/98 - This assignment involved assorted fee complete, part and temporary takings of privately owned land by Massachusetts Highway in conjunction with Route 44. It involved approximately 30 appraisals involving residential, commercial, industrial and cranberry bog land.

Kingston
- MBTA - 4/98 - This assignment involved assorted fee and temporary takings of privately owned land by the MBTA in relationship with the Kingston Station of the Old Colony Line. It involved three properties, one of which was the Kingston Mall.

Marrett Road-Lexington
- Massachusetts Highway Department - 11/97 - This assignment involved estimating the fair market value of State owned land at the entrance of Hanscom Air Force Base for disposition to the Massachusetts Historical Society in order to allow the completion of "Battle Road", an original battle route with historical significance to the American Revolution.

Hansen
- MBTA - 10/97 - This assignment involved estimating the market value of the taking by the MBTA of a permanent easement over an MBTA rail line from a private owner, and estimating the market value of a narrow strip of land along an MBTA rail line owned by the MBTA for lease to a private owner.

Gardner Street, West Roxbury
- Transit Realty, consultant to the MBTA - 3/97 - This assignment involved two parcels of excess land owned by the MBTA which abutted an active rail line. The purpose of the assignment was to estimate the fair market value of the two parcels; as well as their "at/over the fence" value to its abutter. The function of the report was for disposition purpose by the MBTA.

Parcel 25, Roxbury
- Transit Realty, consultant to the MBTA - 2/97 - This assignment included buildable land owned by the MBTA abutting the Southwest corridor line. The purpose of the assignment was to estimate the fair market value based on its highest and best use. The function of the report was for disposition purposes.

Ivory/Union Street, Braintree
- MBTA - 2/96 - This assignment involved estimating the value of a permanent easement which was to be granted on MBTA land by the MBTA to a private owner for the purpose of erecting a sign. The purpose was also to provide a fair rental value of MBTA owned excess land abutting the MBTA "Red" line for use under a licensing agreement to be granted by the MBTA to a private abutter. The contract price was approximately $2,000.

Bridgewater
- MBTA - 4/96 - This assignment involved assorted fee, temporary construction and permanent drainage and sight line easement takings of privately owned land by the MBTA for an access road to a new station for the Old Colony line. The function of the report was for acquisition purposes.

Pearl Street, Brockton
- Massachusetts Highway - 11/96 - This assignment involved assorted fee and temporary construction easement takings of privately owned land by Massachusetts Highway for road improvements. In addition to its significant valuation scope, it was also significant from an administrative standpoint in that it involved 55 parcels (reports) which were successfully completed within a 60 day period.
